Contact Privacy Notice

Information collected

The contact form collects the name, email address, company, runtime, and message that you provide. PeakQuorum uses the connecting IP address transiently for bot verification and rate limiting; it does not place the IP address, user agent, colo, or inferred location in the contact record.

Use and sharing

PeakQuorum uses the record only to review and respond to the request, investigate an abuse or legal report, and protect the form from misuse. Cloudflare processes the form, stores the accepted record in Workers KV, and performs Turnstile verification. Resend receives only an opaque submission ID and timestamp to notify the reviewer; it does not receive the submitted name, email address, company, runtime, or message.

Retention and deletion

Accepted contact records expire from Workers KV after 90 days. Failed validation, Turnstile, rate-limit, and honeypot requests are not retained. Notification messages contain only the opaque submission ID and timestamp. To request access to or deletion of a contact record, submit the form again with the original email address and the approximate date of the original request.

Account access

A contact request does not create an account or grant access. Jonathan Holman reviews each early-access request before any separate account action.
